Our Artisan cheeses are unique to us, made using the milk only from our own herd, which are naturally reared on our smallholding.
The land that they graze is organically managed. Due to the way we rear the goats our cheeses are seasonal.
Starting at the beginning of the year with our lovely soft creamy cheeses, then the semi-soft’s and finally towards the autumn the hard pressed.
