- Dee's creamy plain goats cheese
- Small bag of spinach
- 4 Field Mushrooms
- White wine to blanche mushrooms

- Cook spinach and drain
- Blanche mushrooms in white wine
- sit mushrooms on top of spinach and fill with cheese
- Sprinkle with nutmeg and warm through. Serve
